To thank you for these quality referrals, we have our "Send A Star" employee referral program. For every new referral who completes 80 hours of work within a 12-month period, you will receive $50. The amount of referrals you send is unlimited and the only restriction is that the referral is not a current or a past employee.

The more stars you send, the sky becomes the limit! After you have referred 5 stars, your referral bonus becomes $75. After the 10th referral, you are entitled to $100 per referral. And if you refer 20 stars that meet the qualifications, you will receive a $250 bonus, bringing your total referral bonus amount to $1,875.00!
