Nancy Zsebo joined the staff of Employment Enterprises, Inc. (EE, Inc.) in September of 1994 and maintains responsibility for all local and national human resource functions, underwriting, workers' compensation, insurance development, benefits, government and association relations, and operational functions for the national PEO, Checks and Balances, Inc.
Ms. Zsebo has over 20 years' experience in human resources and operational management.
Prior to joining EE, Inc., Ms. Zsebo was on the executive staff of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capital Area. She held numerous positions at the plan, including directing the Membership and Human Resource functions.
Ms. Zsebo is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has taken advanced courses in employee relations, compensation and benefits, management development, and organizational dynamics. Among other accomplishments, she has been certified as an industrial engineer, has completed quality management courses, and has led numerous reengineering applications.
Ms. Zsebo is also an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, leading NOVA SHRM's Director/Vice President Special Interest Group. She has been an honoree for the HR Leadership Awards of the National Capital Area and works within the human resource community to further the professionalism of human resources. Her articles have been published not only in SHRM publications but also in the PEO association magazine.
Ms. Zsebo is an active member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and currently serves on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter. She consistently works to insure the professionalism and recognition of the human resources efforts of the industry. Her efforts have extended beyond human resource management to lobbying efforts to insure PEO recognition and expanded state workforce law. |
