OVERVIEW

Our Client provides a broad range of systems integration, engineering, and technical support solutions, command and control systems, satellite communications, tactical warning/attack assessment, and space launch services for the US Military and its allies. Their products and services cover the globe, supporting our customers both at home and abroad.



JOB DUTIES
· This individual is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to a department / organization. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature. Requires problem solving and routine recommendations.
· Front Desk admin for main entrance to facility. Ensures all visitors are signed into the facility, and have the appropriate badge identifying their clearance access.
· Prepares letters, memorandums, reports and other materials from rough drafts.
· Researches and compiles information requested by management.
· Assists with administrative requirements on project/program related efforts.
· Follows up on correspondence requiring review, approval and/or response.
· Handles all routine inquires made by internal and external customers.
· Makes appointments and travel reservations/arrangements and prepares expense reports.
· Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures.
· Provides support in arranging meetings and conferences. Makes arrangements for refreshments. Handles the professional duplication/binding of conference presentation materials.
· May have to attend meetings, as required, takes, prepares, and distributes minutes.
· Point of Contact to the Training Department
· Prepare travel arrangements and travel vouchers upon completion of travel (Using Concur/Cliqbook)
· Preparation of FedX, UPS, or other priority mail/package handling boxes and forms.· Responsible for ordering and maintaining office, and break-room supplies.
· Arranges for repair service for office machines such as printer/copier/fax.
· Performs other related duties as required.



QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years experience with MS Office tools.
· Excellent written and oral communication.
· Ability to type between 80 and 100 words per minute.
· Technical Writing experience preferred. Familiarization with Air Force Military Standards – to include MIL-STD-38784 and MIL-STD_39908.
· Relevant equivalent experience may apply.
· Ability to Lift – 1 – 50 lbs – as required Pushing/Pulling – 1 – 50 lbs – as required· Positions – standing/walking / prolonged sitting· Computer use – moderate to extensive
· Security: Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance; may be required to obtain an interim clearance within 6 months of document submittal.



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· HS and 4 years of Admin experience·
· Expertise with personal computer, fax machine, e-mail, and other general office equipment in an office or computer laboratory environment.
